What payment options do I have?
At TelecomHunter, paying for your order is always simple. You can choose the platform you prefer—we’re set up for it. In the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, you can pay using popular platforms. We also support various credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Invoice
Business customers can order on invoice. The invoice will be included with your order, giving you 14 days to pay. Note: This option is only available for companies and always requires a pre-check of creditworthiness. Companies younger than one year cannot order on invoice, as the credit insurance does not cover unpaid amounts. Individuals and sole proprietorships are difficult to assess for credit checks, as no annual financial statements are required.
iDEAL (Netherlands)
If you choose iDEAL, you will be redirected to iDEAL’s secure environment. Log in with your bank to complete the payment safely.
Bancontact (Belgium)
Paying via Bancontact is very easy. Choose this method, scan the QR code with your app, and complete the payment. If that doesn’t work, use your card number and expiration date to finish the order.
Sofort (Germany)
Paying via German Sofort is fast and easy. Select your country, enter your bank account number, and follow the usual process to complete the payment.
MasterCard
You can also pay with MasterCard. Enter your name, card number, expiration date, and security code to complete the payment.
Visa
Visa works the same way as MasterCard, allowing international credit card payments. Enter your details to complete your order.
PayPal
If you choose PayPal, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure website. Log in and authorize the payment. Once approved, we receive confirmation and process your order.
Apple Pay
On an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can pay via Apple Pay. If you have a payment card linked to your Apple account, just tap “Pay” and your payment and order are processed immediately.
Can I track my order?
TelecomHunter ships most orders via DHL Parcel. Once your payment is received, we send your order and provide a DHL tracking link with detailed Track & Trace information and an estimated delivery date. You can check this tracking information immediately, though the first update is usually visible later in the day. Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM will, if in stock, be delivered the next business day.
Is my order insured?
TelecomHunter ships every order via DHL Parcel or DHL Express, depending on your shipping preference. Both delivery options include standard DHL parcel insurance, covering up to €500 in case of loss or damage.
Do I get a warranty on my products?
TelecomHunter provides a 1-year warranty on all products. In case of defects or other issues, you can claim the warranty. The telecom hardware must have been purchased from TelecomHunter and must be returned or reported within the 1-year warranty period, including your order details.
One of the products I ordered is defective, what should I do?
TelecomHunter offers a warranty on all products, which means you will receive a replacement if any of your ordered products are found to be defective. Please contact us as soon as possible, including your order details, to report the defect. We will then provide a suitable solution.
Can I return my order without giving a reason?
Yes, this is possible within 14 days. You must register your return with our customer service via email. The products must be in pristine condition, including the original, undamaged packaging, and without any firmware modifications. We will provide you with a return number so you can send your order back free of charge.
Have you received my return package?
When TelecomHunter receives your return package, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible. The timing depends on your location, shipping time, and date. Please ensure your return includes your order information or a copy of the invoice.
When will I receive my refund?
Once TelecomHunter has received your return package, the outstanding amount will be refunded within 5 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order. For example, a PayPal payment will be refunded to your PayPal account, not to your bank account.
Can I order on invoice and pay afterwards?
It is possible to order on invoice and pay afterwards via bank transfer at TelecomHunter. However, we will perform a credit check for new customers. You can also send us a Purchase Order in your company’s own format.
