Refund policy

TelecomHunter guarantees the quality of the products supplied. Should a defect occur unexpectedly, we kindly ask you to follow the procedure below:

• Register your RMA / return by emailing service@telecomhunter.nl

• Clearly state your complaint or reason for return in your email

• We will send you a DHL return label by email

• Include your packing slip or a copy of the invoice with your return shipment

We will keep you informed about the further handling of your return and any potential repair costs. If no defect is found, we reserve the right to charge an inspection fee of €35.00, excluding 21% VAT.
